Reviews for Your Business: Track Your Feedback!
Reviews are a great way to hear what your customers think about their experiences with you. Every day you get a new review, it will show up on the Today page when you log in. Reviews: Automatically on Your Website with boomtime
A simple checkbox will enable Reviews on your website - you can show off the great things customers are saying about you, and respond to the questions and any more serious concerns immediately, which will only further your reputation as a great business owner.
Go into your Website editor from the Setup Tab, and then click on Settings in the upper left of the screen. You'll see a bunch of checkboxes - just check the one labeled "Reviews" and your Reviews page will become visible in your website navigation - already perfected matched to the rest of your site. Nifty, eh?
Reviews: How to Use Them On Your Linked Website
Wouldn't it be cool if you could take your existing website, even if you don't have it hosted with boomtime, and show off your reviews to your customers?
Here's how to do it, and it only takes a few minutes - your reviews are probably already there and waiting for you.
Start by going into your Website from the Setup tab. You'll be on the page where you can change colors and some of the other "behind the scenes" website configurations.
Notice there is now a new Reviews checkbox:
Once enabled, the Reviews setting will create a new Event:
If you already use email marketing or events, this screen will look very familiar. Another page that is created and available is your Reviews page, much like the page for your Instant Gift Certificates and Online Booking. It is included in our "Adding Links to Your Website" help document, too.
Next you should create a link to the reviews page, where your customers will be able to see ALL of the reviews left by others in two categories: your business overall, and the instant gift certificate buying experience.

Anyone can leave a review for your business, and they can choose to remain anonymous, just like on major websites like Yelp! or other business listings. Here you have control over which reviews you promote, and if your clients login with their password, the review will be attributed to them so you can follow-up with your thanks or feedback.
You can hide your reviews by removing the Reviews link in your website, but this does not delete your reviews - you can always see them in Reports, Reviews, and your clients can continue to leave them when they purchase an Instant Gift Certificate.
