How To Reset Your Password
Professionals is where access to boomtime is controlled by your username and login password.
To reset your password, click on the Setup Tab
Next, click the "Professionals" link on the left-hand column
Search for and click the initials, of the professional you would like to modify, in the Initials column
Locate the "Assign New Password" field and add type in your new password (minimum 6 characters)
*note We strongly recommend a password with Capitalization, Numbers and Special Characters such as #,*%$ be included
Lastly, click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
By changing anything in professions, you may need to log out and log back in using the Sign Out in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
